Shipping & Returns Policy
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 45 days of your purchase.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return. Include your account number or the name and address (on the order) in the letter.
- Upon receipt of your items in good condition, you will be credited the amount of the items you purchased.
Restocking FeeAll items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
ExchangesIf you decide you want a different system, you may exchange your system for a different one. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. Verify each shipment immediately upon receipt against Alarm For Anyone’s packing list to ensure accuracy. If a discrepancy is found, please contact the Alarms For Anyone Customer Service Department immediately.
Should a return be requested of unused product for any reason other than a warranty matter, 10 days or more after the shipping date; contact Alarms For Anyone Customer Service Department for a determination if Alarms For Anyone will accept the desired return. Alarms For Anyone will carry out a full inspection of products before deciding whether or not to accept the return.
